US sends off a destroyer to the Straits of China after a Chinese fighter jet flies around Taiwan

The US Navy has dispatched two destroyers to cross the Taiwan Straits on Thursday, only two days after two Chinese fighter jets were flying around Taiwan. According to US Pacific Fleet quoted by CNN on Friday, January 25, 2019.

According to CNN, Pacific Command spokesman Tim Gorman said US missile-destroyer USS McCampbell and USNS Walter S. Diehl led the operation. Regular navigation on the Taiwan Strait in accordance with international law, and that it will continue to navigate this way everywhere.
